Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
