Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts, stock organization, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior warehouse experience as we offer paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with numbers for scanning, counting, and inventory checks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
