Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify inventory against purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
