Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operating heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspecting products for quality assurance and ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Loading and unloading trailers using conveyor belts or manual handling techniques.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
