Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanning technology.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- License: Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
