Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
