Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items, check for damages, and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- License: Forklift certification is highly desirable.
