Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure optimal space utilization.
- Process orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified applicants.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
