Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 99% accuracy rates.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying manifests and managing freight documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
