Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
