Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking quantities, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tagging, scanning, and organizing stock to ensure optimal storage.
- Package and label products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
