Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
