Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Perform picking and packing duties according to work orders and shipping labels.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 90 days.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable and have a good driving record for occasional local driving.
