Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
