Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
