Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments onto and off of trucks, pallets, and conveyors.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory shelves and pack them for shipment according to strict safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through scanning and labeling.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company specifications.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attendance: Must have a history of reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
