Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume pick, pack, and ship operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) to prevent accidents and optimize workflow.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, verifying shipping documentation and handling damage reporting.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and labeling stock to improve retrieval speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and scanning barcodes.
