Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Forklift certification (CDL not required but preferred).
