Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers, trucks, and shipping containers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners to verify stock levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Packing & Labeling: Pack, seal, and label products securely for domestic and international shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for immediate hire.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
