Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotations
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect and sort returned merchandise for processing
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow SOPs for quality control and warehouse safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Valid state ID and clean background check required
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
