Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and damaged goods.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus, but training is provided.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
