Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain digital inventory records using scanning equipment.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
