Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect: Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and inspect goods for damage or defects.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently locate items using warehouse management systems and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily outbound targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets are essential.
