Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock against packing slips, identifying any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License (optional but preferred for some shifts).
