Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices (RF Scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
