Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently to designated storage areas.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to accurately track inventory levels and shipments.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling duties according to strict quality standards and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in accordance with safety certifications.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse technology is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this role.
