Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and update stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (background check requirements waived for immediate hire).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
