Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, and verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Stock Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, ensuring products are stored according to safety and efficiency protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
