Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of merchandise to meet strict quality standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent product loss.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a strong advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must be available for overtime shifts, including weekends, as business demands.
