Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Update inventory records accurately in our warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred for night shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
