Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe and efficient movement of inventory.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify against packing slips and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and accessibility.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production targets.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse software or RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) may be required for local driving duties.
