Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Receiving: Inspect, verify, and log incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs associated with daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills in English; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
