Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory by scanning and counting items.
- Package and label products securely for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
