Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery and forklifts as required by certification.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Skills: Basic math skills and computer literacy for scanning and logging.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse vehicle operation.
