Responsibilities
- Package & Ship: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using various materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems to move materials efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery trucks promptly to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on machinery and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation and communication.
