Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to verify quantities and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
