Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming merchandise and materials with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
