Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately for timely shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime.
