Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from the warehouse dock efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and accurately.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Package and label shipments for timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
