Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train!
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
