Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak operational hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10/30) highly desirable.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
