Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand, forklift, or pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment or storage to ensure accuracy.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) as required.
- Assist in quality control checks and report damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
