Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
