Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by the shift.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, wear PPE correctly, and report hazards immediately.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems quickly.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
