Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery to ensure damage-free transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
