Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
