Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments, verify against packing lists, and process returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety protocols, maintain a tidy workspace, and report hazards immediately.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving order discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
