Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy (99%+ target).
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
