What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) safely according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in our WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing appropriate equipment and securing cargo properly.
- Assist in the receiving process by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
