Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve overall productivity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation and weight distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld devices (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
